Register for Bookbuzz
Registration for Bookbuzz 2017-18 is now open.
When is the registration deadline?
If you register by Friday 26 May (and pay by Friday 30 June) you'll qualify for the early bird registration offer of a bonus set of contemporary children's books for your school.
The final deadline for registration is Friday 21 July.
When I register am I committing to take part?
Yes when you register for Bookbuzz you are committing to take part in the programme and pay the amount stated during the registration process – you will need to enter your invoice details and an invoice will be generated immediately.
Do I need to know how many students we will have in September?
Yes, we need to know student numbers at this stage so that we can place initial orders with publishers. Registration is open until 21 July so you can wait until then to register, if at that stage you will have a clearer idea of student numbers.
If in September you do have more students than expected, you can simply contact us before you place your final order of books to increase your student numbers, subject to stock availability. A minimum increase of five students (£15.00) will apply.
Alternatively, some schools may prefer to register for a few extra students now, as any books that you don't need for students can be used by the library or English department.
Is there a minimum number of students?
Yes you must register for a minimum of 35 students. If you have fewer than 35 students, you may still register and extend the programme to other year groups, or use the extra books in your library or English department.
How can I pay?
An invoice will automatically be generated and emailed to the invoice contact at the time of registration. We recommend you download the invoice and print it off immediately. The invoice can be paid by BACS, cheque or credit card.
When do I have to pay?
During registration you will be able to select from the following two payment dates for Bookbuzz 2017-18:
Option 1: By Friday 30 June to qualify for the early bird offer of a bonus set of contemporary children's books, and to receive your launch pack in early September 2017.
Option 2: By Monday 11 September. Please note: selecting this option means you will not receive your launch pack, or be able to place your order for books, until October 2017.
